Clear recurring terms
Before recurring billing is authorized, the offer must state included courses, access duration, total price and currency, taxes, billing interval, any minimum commitment, automatic renewal and cancellation conditions.
Customers must explicitly authorize recurring billing. Visiting this website or accepting general website terms does not authorize billing. No silent enrolment, hidden trial conversion or undisclosed recurring charge is offered.
Cancellation
To request cancellation, email contact@rotadaconversaouk.com and identify the subscription and purchase email address. Cancellation takes effect immediately after the request, and access ends at that point.
Keep a copy of your cancellation request and any confirmation for your records.
Earlier contracts and refunds
An earlier subscription is governed by its original purchase conditions and mandatory law. This page does not itself cancel it or authorize renewal.
Refunds and withdrawal follow the applicable purchase terms and mandatory consumer law. Cancellation must not be described as waiving those rights. Any price or material contract change must follow the applicable contract and law. No specific notice period or payment-retry schedule is stated here.
