Digital access
Delivery consists of access to the courses and content included in the selected plan. No physical product is shipped.
Before payment is accepted, each plan must identify its content, access period, platform destination, device/browser requirements and relevant copying, geographic or technical restrictions.
Timing
Access instructions are sent to the purchase email address.
Review the delivery deadline and access conditions before purchase. Customers should not pay through an unlisted channel or infer delivery terms from an old website version.
Access problems
For a purchase, check the inbox and spam folder for the checkout email address and retain the order receipt. Contact contact@rotadaconversaouk.com if you need help with access.
Applicable non-delivery and conformity remedies remain unaffected. Emailing access details does not, by itself, remove statutory withdrawal rights.
