Commercial refund requests: 7 business days
A customer may request a refund within 7 business days after purchase. Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding Portuguese public holidays. Counting starts on the business day following purchase. This commercial window is additional to statutory rights.
Identify the purchase, its date and the email used for the order. Do not provide a full card number, security code, password or identity document. Send the request to contact@rotadaconversaouk.com.
Statutory withdrawal rights
Where Portuguese or other applicable EU consumer law provides withdrawal rights, the consumer generally has 14 calendar days from entering into the service or digital-content contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Mandatory or longer applicable protection takes priority over the commercial window.
Starting access alone does not remove this right. A digital-content exception needs the required prior express consent, acknowledgment and contract confirmation. A service exception has different conditions, including full performance where required. No automatic waiver is assumed.
Notice and reimbursement
An unequivocal withdrawal notice identifying the contract is sufficient where the law so provides; a particular form is not mandatory. The withdrawal notice template below may be used; an unequivocal notice remains sufficient where the law so provides.
For statutory withdrawal under Portuguese distance-contract rules, reimbursement, when due, must be made within 14 calendar days after notice, normally through the original payment method, unless a lawful express alternative without customer cost is agreed.
Withdrawal notice template
To Rodrigo Silva Parize: I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for [course or plan], purchased on [date]. Customer name: [name]. Customer postal or email contact: [contact]. Notice date: [date]. Signature is needed only when submitting the notice on paper.

Other remedies
The commercial deadline does not remove legal remedies for non-delivery or nonconforming access. Cancellation and a refund request are different actions. This policy does not waive rights to dispute a transaction or seek another legal remedy.
